Adding a user

If you want to give a new user access to your account, simply give the new user the serial number and registration code of any ezeio on your account.

Instruct the new user to navigate to http://ezecontrol.com and click Create New Account.

The system will ask the user for the serial and registration code, and the user will need to complete the standard registration process, including clicking the confirmation link in the email.

The new user will have minimal privileges (read only) by default.

The account administrator will receive an email, stating there is a new user on the account, and prompting the administrator to log in and set the appropriate privileges for that new user.

Note that the registration is actually done by the new user. This reduces the effort by the admin, and also eliminates the need to share/communicate personal credentials (passwords).
